Stripe accounts can only be opened in countries Stripe officially supports. A business established in Pakistan should confirm the current list at stripe.com/global before launch. Do not use another person's identity or a false address. The payment code lives in src/lib/payments so a legitimate merchant-of-record can be added later if Stripe is unavailable.
